We ship worldwide from Latvia. Each map is made to order, so please allow time for both production and delivery.

Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces and large sizes may take longer, especially during busy periods.

EU: 2–6 business days
UK: 3–8 business days
USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
Rest of world: 6–15 business days

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Free shipping
Free shipping applies to eligible orders, as shown at checkout. If an order is returned, return shipping costs may apply as described in our Refund Policy.

Delivery issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unpaid import charges, we can reship it once received; additional shipping fees may apply. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@geo-arte.com with photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label, and we'll make it right.

Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
