Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your map. If it isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@geo-arte.com with your order number — we'll send instructions and the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days and include the product price and the original standard delivery cost. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
If a returned item has been used or handled beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value, as permitted by applicable regulations.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The conditions and refund process above apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your map may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible. Email info@geo-arte.com as soon as possible.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@geo-arte.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Natural wood
Each map is cut from natural wood and finished by hand. Grain, tone, and shade vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. Thin wooden pieces can show a slight curve, which flattens out when mounted with the supplied adhesive. These natural variations are not defects.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or custom-made pieces produced to your individual specifications, gift cards, and items marked final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or finish is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
